By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you warrant that you have fully read and understood the Terms and Conditions without any impairment in judgment resulting from (but not limited to) mental illness, mental handicap, intoxication, medication, or any other health or other problem that could impair judgement. I. General All users must be 18 years or older. Confidentiality We try our best to ensure confidentiality and protect your privacy when you post questions on the Site. Users who request online consultations have only their first name, last initial provided to professionals, unless they write it in the message area. Other personal information such as the users identity, email address, zip code, etc., is concealed from professionals on the Site. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your permission except in the following circumstances: i) to protect ourselves from liability; ii) to respond to a legal process or comply with the law, including cooperation with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting any user that is not qualified to provide services and/or provides misleading or inaccurate information; or iii) in a limited number of jurisdictions and legal fields, to have your case reviewed by a law firm that practices in the area of law of your case. An attorney from that firm may review your information to determine the validity of your claim and may contact you to discuss your question and possible representation. IX. Miscellaneous Interactive Technologies reserves the right to place any third party advertisements on the Site at any time and without notice or liability. Interactive Technologies reserves the right to charge Online Consultation Account holders in the future with prior notice. Online Consultation Account holders are not, however, obliged to pay for such account membership retrospectively. Interactive Technologies reserves the right to release professionals’ responses in circumstances where a client has paid (or a professional has waived) the requisite fee owing to technical difficulties, if and when necessary Interactive Technologies reserves the right to limit account holders use of Online Consultation Accounts.
